1. Acceptance of Terms

2.4 Prohibited Accounts

ph566 prohibits accounts registered by or on behalf of:

• Non-residents of the Philippines

• Persons with prior accounts that were closed for Terms violations
• Persons acting on behalf of third parties or businesses

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any bonuses, pending wagering requirements, or amounts obtained through fraudulent activity. ph566 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.
